Welcome to Furry Tapestry. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including professional dog grooming, creative grooming, pet spa treatments, hand-woven dog collars and leashes, custom-designed pet bedding, artisanal pet apparel, and pet photography. By accessing or using our online platform and engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or website.

3. Appointments and Cancellations for Services

All grooming, spa, and photography services require an appointment. We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to a percentage of the service cost.

4. Product Orders and Customization

For custom-designed pet bedding, hand-woven accessories, and artisanal apparel, full payment may be required upfront or a non-refundable deposit for bespoke items. Production times will be communicated upon order confirmation. Due to the custom nature of these products, returns or exchanges are generally not permitted unless the item is faulty or not as described from our end.

5. Pet Health and Safety

For grooming and spa services, we require all pets to be up-to-date on their vaccinations and free from fleas or other parasites. Please inform our staff of any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or behavioral issues your pet may have prior to their appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that poses a risk to our staff or other animals, or if we believe the service may compromise the pet's well-being.

All prices for services and products are listed on our website or provided upon inquiry. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is due at the time of service or product collection unless otherwise agreed upon for custom orders. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our online platform or at our physical location.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Furry Tapestry will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on our online platform; (iii) any content obtained from our online platform; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
